Payment methods and shipping costs

1. Delivery

1.1 Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, DHL Express, UPS, Swiss Post.
1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union; Switzerland; Norway; United Kingdom; USA; Canada, Iceland, Australia, Israel.
1.3 In the absence of any other agreement, goods delivered by forwarding agent will be delivered "free kerbside", i.e. to the public kerbside nearest to the delivery address.

2 Shipping costs

2.1 The shipping costs within Germany depend on the total price of the ordered goods.
The shipping costs are shown in the product description.
From a gross order value of 200€ EUR we ship free of charge.

2.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.
