FlowRow Boards are the perfect add-on to your rowing machine. You can place them under your rower without having to mount them. They give you the feeling that you're rowing on water, like in a real boat. This makes your workout better and more fun!

Setting up these boards is very easy. Just put them under your rowing machine and start rowing. Based on sports science findings, there are 6 training levels to choose from. These boards are great for everyone, no matter if you're a beginner or an expert rower.
Dr. Andreas Pirscher, an avid rower for 40 years, developed the FlowRow Boards. He has trained athletes to compete in world championships and Olympic Games. By combining his rowing and engineering expertise, he created these boards. Now, you can experience the joy and benefits of rowing on water right in your own home.
The FlowRow Borad was designed and patented in Switzerland and is manufactured in Europe from high-quality solid wood.
We made the FlowRow Boards to be simple and effective. They are made of strong oka or beech wood. The boards have a balance mechanism made of galvanized steel and natural rubber.
Which of the 6 training levels is right for you depends on your sense of blance and body weight. Make your choice based on this table. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
You can choose extra training levels in advance. Then, you can adjust the boards to fit your training needs. This is great if you want your FlowRow Boards to expend as you succeed in your training.
A selection of additional training levels will be displayed during the ordering process.
But you can also change to a higher or lower level ater. In this case you may buy a conversion set here in store.
The package contains this rubber pads. You can place them between the top and bottom plates of your balance boards. This limits the movement. It helps to get used to the training device.
The delivery includes two balance boards and rubber pads to limit movement. It also comes with a user manual. If selected, it includes adjustment kits for the balance mechanism.
