With this conversion set, you can modify almost any of our FlowRow Boards so that you can use them together with the Concept2 Slides.
With this conversion set, you can completely transform your rowing machine into a rowing boat. With the FlowRow Board, your ergometer tilts to the left and right like a rowing boat, and with the Concept2 Slides, your entire rowing machine moves forwards and backwards like a rowing boat to the rhythm of your rowing strokes. With this product you can enjoy a realistic rowing experience right in your own home.
Please note that the Concept2 Slides are not included with this product.
We made the FlowRow Boards to be simple and effective. They are made of strong oka or beech wood. The boards have a balance mechanism made of galvanized steel and natural rubber.
Which of the 6 training levels is right for you depends on your sense of blance and body weight. Make your choice based on this table. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
You can choose extra training levels in advance. Then, you can adjust the boards to fit your training needs. This is great if you want your FlowRow Boards to expend as you succeed in your training.
A selection of additional training levels will be displayed during the ordering process.
But you can also change to a higher or lower level ater. In this case you may buy a conversion set here in store.
The package contains this rubber pads. You can place them between the top and bottom plates of your balance boards. This limits the movement. It helps to get used to the training device.
The scope of delivery includes a lower plate for the front FlowRow Board, a lower plate for the rear FlowRow Board, a long Allen key and assembly instructions.
The dimensions of the two plates in the conversion set are 65 x 29 x 2 cm.
