The enclosed assembly instructions will guide you through the steps to unscrew the existing balance mechanism and then fit the new elements of the adjustment kit. The replacement is not difficult and does not require any manual skills.

We offer the FlowRow Board in 6 different training levels to suit your physical condition. Which of the 6 training levels is right for you depends on your sense of balance and body weight. Make your choice using this table. If you have any doubts, please contact us

Please note: If you did not buy your FlowRow Board here in the FlowRow Shop, but either in a sports shop or directly from WaterRower, then your board has training level 2.

The scope of delivery includes replacement elements for the balancing mechanism, a long Allen key and assembly instructions.
